Our process starts with taking meter reads to see what you are currently doing and evaluating the effectiveness of this method. Let's say you have Dell 1700's printing 10,000 pages per month. We would work with you to give you a more efficient printer which would allow for you to save a significant amount of money and would allow us to make the money we needed to service your account. Essentially, our program has the theory of "we only make the amount of money we can save you." As a service company, we refuse to put in inferior products.

Call us at 720-280-8426 and set an appointment for your first meter read and we'll start getting an idea of how much you print on your laser printers and to what. We use this information to evaluate your efficiency. Companies using their products inefficiently will be obvious from the first meter read. Once we have this information, we will provide formal recommendations to save your company money.
